DESCRIPTION
Spey Fumare- This first peated expression from Speyside Distillery was distilled with barbecued malted barley, resulting in a sumptuously spicy single malt whiskey with an elegant smoky note. Fumare - means "smoky" in Latin and it's bottled without any additional colouring, unchill-filtration.
TASTING NOTES
This singlemalt whisky has a natural color with peat smoke rises in the nose, as well as light citrus aromas, vanilla and white chocolate and creamy mouthfeel - clearly roasted aromas of nuts and spicy oak, again the herbs - then slightly sweeter with notes of butterscotch and cream taste with long and spicy on the finish.
