Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Solid Wine Marketing.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 24 hours of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Only unused and unopened items with manufacturer damage are valid for returns. Our return and/or exchange policy lasts 24 hours after you receive your item, returns and/or exchange made beyond the said time will not be eligible for returns or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of our control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.

A notice sent by the customer within 24 hours shall include:

Name of the customer
WS Number and/or Reference Number
A Short Description of the issue
Proof of Damages or Defects such as photos
Copy of your receipt as your proof of purchase

After we receive your report, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your return, exchange, or refund.

If products are eligible for return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank's turnaround time. For all cash payments, we do not do refunds. You will receive store credit in the amount of the payment which you can use on the website for any future purchase.
