Standard Delivery (Metro Manila only)
Orders made will be delivered the following day the order was placed
Please expect delivery ETA after 1pm onwards.
We accept COD within Metro Manila only.

Third Party Courier Service (Within Metro Manila)
The delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer
Available to any rush orders
The cut off time is around 5pm

Third Party Courier Service (Outside Metro Manila)
We cover the Philippines nationwide through your preferred and trusted courier partners
Within Luzon - we outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 3 to 5 days
Within Visayas and Mindanao - we outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 5 to 9 days
For Provincial orders - we outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 7 to 15 days
Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you should receive a corresponding tracking number which you can enter on the courier's website to check on the status of your package.
If you have waited patiently and have not received your package within the prescribed number of days (1-2 days for Metro Manila / 7-15 days elsewhere), kindly email us at swm.sales@solidwineonline.com and we will do our best to check with the courier regarding the status of your package.

You are always free to place an order outside operating hours but we will start processing it once we resume operations


How Fast Do You Deliver?

Our delivery team schedule is around 1PM onwards. Estimated time of arrival depends on the route per area of our delivery team daily barring any unforeseen difficulties such as a heavy downpour, accidents, calamities, traffic, or other extreme situations involving our delivery teams.

 

IMPORTANT : 

For rush orders, the cut-off time is 5PM and shall be delivered via Dingdong Delivery. Delivery fee may vary depending on the location, and is payable by the customer. Cancellation fees are charged whenever the customer cancels a delivery 40 mins after placing their order. Dingdong Riders have a 15 minute grace period for customers to receive the delivery. In the event that the customer does not receive the delivery after the 15 minute grace period, a fee will be charged to the customer equal to the delivery fee. 

For next day delivery, cut-off time is 7PM and please expect delivery from 1PM onwards the following day. Orders made after 7PM will be processed the following day and will be delivered the two days after it was made.
