DESCRIPTION
Selvarey White - This classic rum is aged in bourbon barrels and charcoal filtered, hand crafted in the jungles of Panama. This white rum is elegantly blends of 3 and 5-year-old rums and distilled in 1922 copper column stills. A three-year-old rum brings the youth and vibrancy of fresh-cut sugarcane which is rounded out with notes of caramel and butterscotch from a mature five-year-old rum.
TASTING NOTES
A 'silver rum' or light 'rum' with notable light color that tastes exceptionally of vanilla, key lime pie, citrus, pineapple, best enjoyed on the rocks for full effect, and would make a fantastic base for cocktails."
