Koval Dry Gin - This expression is from Chicago's very own Koval Distillery - which is the first distillery in the city since the days of Prohibition and made a unique variety of woodland spices.
TASTING NOTES
A crystal clear gin floral, with plenty of green juniper accompanied by rose, lavender, and vanilla notes on the nose with creamy and rich, with juniper bringing some fresh pine and resinous notes, the florals really take blossom on the palate. It finishes piney and dry, it’s satisfying medium length and quite warm at the end
