DESCRIPTION
Koval Bourbon -This single barrel whisky is made with 51% corn (the minimum required for a bourbon) with the rest of the mashbill being made up by millet. This whisky is unfiltered, the bourbon is also organic and millet is a gluten-free ancient sustenance grain.
TASTING NOTES
This dark gold with hints of copper-red bourbon whisky has tropical fruits, vanilla and buttery custard on the nose and sweet and warming, orchard fruit, orange, buttery, milk chocolate, caramel on the palate. It finishes in long with pepper and orange tang.
