TASTING NOTES

This limited edition spirit has a wonderfully mellow, rounded nose – replete with dry smokiness mixed with the sweetness of raisins with elvety combination of vanilla, honey and rose petals – before broadening out to include a zesty orange flavor with notes of hazelnut, sherry and dark chocolate on the palate and floral, oaky, good length, urged on by a plume of very well-kept, highland style smoke. Dried fruit, spice, honey finish.
