DESCRIPTION
Isle of Jura 1999 - This single malt whisky is one of a series of Boutique Barrels, distilled in 1999 and bottled at full cask strength. This non chill-filtered whisky is matured in Kentucky bourbon cask and produced with barley peated to 30ppm.This heavily peated whisky is for hardcore cask-strength peatheads only.
TASTING NOTES
This rich amber whisky has very clean and appetizing, with a gentle floral character aroma on the nose and A powerful and well balanced attack gives equal footing to aromas of peat, smoke, spices in the mouth. The finish is very light and refreshing malt.
