DESCRIPTION

This Chardonnay from Yarra Valley is one of Australia's oldest and most versatile wine regions. The barrel fermentation and maturation of this wine adds spicy oak and texture to this drink. It’s wonderfully crisp and refreshing, and goes well with poultry and seafood.

TASTING NOTES

This Australian white wine has aromas of stones fruits and lifted barrel ferment aromas of cashew nut and bacon on the nose and with medium weight palate has plenty of spicy fruit flavour and just enough grape skin character to fill out the palate with creamy texture and a clean finish.
