Handpicked Collection Shiraz 750ml

DESCRIPTION

Handpicked Collection Shiraz - This Australian wine was aged in a mix of seasoned and new barrels for 15 months, grown from Barossa Valley. The fruit was fermented in open and static fermenters with pumping over and hand plunging and this wine is a concentrated yet refined wine with rich dark plums and blackberry fruits layered with spicy cedar and vanilla oak and velvety, fine tannin.

TASTING NOTES

This wine is a rich and full-bodied Shiraz with with aromas of violets and blackberries with clean flinty notes on the nose and plenty of black and red fruits balanced with supple tannin and spicy oak character in the mouth.
