Named after Robert Burns’ famously shy field mouse, this unassuming little beast is anything but timid. A marriage of Highland malts, including Dalmore, Glen Garioch, and Blair Athol, it’s sweet, spicy, and packed with character.

Warming and long, ginger biscuits, clove, and just enough oak to frame the sweetness.
