DESCRIPTION
Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition - This Highland Singlemalt Scotch whisky is a variation on their well known 15 year old singlemalt and it finishes its maturation in an Oloroso Sherry Cask. The Distillers Edition bottlings are released each year and take the core of the Diageo Classic Malt collection and finish aging the whisky in a wine cask.
TASTING NOTES
A Highland whisky with a lot of Oloroso influence that has aromas of full of honey, heather, vanilla, and salt on the nose. The palate is rich and sweet, full of vanilla and grape which linger in the extremely dry finish.
