DESCRIPTION

Camus Île de Ré Cliffside Cellar Cognac - is part of a series of unique Cognacs aged just meters away from the Atlantic ocean in cliffside damp cellars. Matured across two different stages -first in high humidity cellar (within the Fort de La Prée, a historic monument constructed in 1626 overlooking the ocean) and secondly transferred to toasted casks. Produced in limited quantities and bottled in a dazzling nautical blue, with a wonderful oblong illustration of the French southwest coastline, perfect gift for Cognac enthusiasts looking for something a little different.

TASTING NOTES

A light gold color, an aroma of complex ,spicy vanilla and a bit of smoke and fruitiness of dried grapes, hints of orange, and sweetness of caramel combine with salt palate.
