DESCRIPTION

Bottega Amarone della Valpolicella - A full bodied Italian wine ageing in small oak casks for two years and the fermentation then creates a very alcoholic and structured wine. This hand harvested grapes has taken directly to the room at a controlled temperature and ventilation they are left withering from October until March to eliminate most of their water.

TASTING NOTES

An intense ruby red wine with garnet tinges color with aromas of clear, characteristic of raisins with scents of sour cherry and marmalade on the nose and It’s dry, warm, velvety, and intense, particularly full-bodied with spicy notes of light tobacco with long finish.
