Aberfeldy 28YO - This singlemalt Scotch whisky is another release in Exceptional cask series, distilled in 1988 and released with presentation box, individually numbered bottles from the cask, so its definitely a rare one.
TASTING NOTES
This impressively singlemalt whisky has aromas of a refreshing note of malted grains and citrus fruits, sweeter notes of chocolate, cinnamon and pastry crusts also appear and give a nice soft edge to the nose and creamy palate with custard, gingerbread, cooked apples, toffee and chocolate-covered raisins. It finishes on more honey and oak, which is elegant and flavoursome.
