  1. Mango + Chili Clarified Milk Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 1 oz mango purée
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz chili-honey syrup
  • 2 oz whole milk

Instructions:

  • Mix everything, then add milk slowly and let curdle. 
  • Fine strain through the coffee filter. 
  • Serve crystal-clear over ice.

  • Shake all except soda.
  • Strain into ice-filled glass, top with soda. 
  • Garnish with cherry tomato skewer and thyme sprig.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 4–5 fresh cherries (charred or grilled if possible)
  • ½ oz lemon juice

Instructions:

  • Muddle cherries, shake all, strain over large cube. 
  • Garnish with scorched cinnamon stick
