Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
  • 2 1/4 oz. Fresh Apple Juice

Instructions:

  • Place 6 or 7 square ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. 
  • Pour in vodka, coating the ice. 
  • Add schnapps and apple juice. 
  • Shake vigorously in a vertical motion for 10 seconds. 
  • Strain slowly into six 1 1/2 fluid oz. (45ml) shot glasses.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey syrup
  • 1 bottle Champagne
  • 1/4 cup Aromatic Bitters

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in the drink dispenser with ice. 
  • Stir to chill and combine ingredients. 
  • Garnish with your favorite festive fruits and spices.

3. Thanksgiving Margarita

 

Love Margarita already? Wait until you taste this Thanksgiving Margarita, and you’ll be saying thank you for its existence.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
  • 1/4 ounce allspice dram
  • 1/4 ounce amaretto
  • 1 ounce pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce agave nectar
  • Garnish: roasted pumpkin slice

Instructions:

  • On a small plate, combine the ground ginger and sea salt. Rub the lime wedge along half of the rim of a rocks glass and dip the glass in the mixture. (For a finer texture, pound the ginger and sea salt with a mortar and pestle.)
  • Add the tequila, allspice dram, amaretto, pumpkin puree, lime juice and agave nectar into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a roasted pumpkin slice.

4. Bourbon Cider Slushie

 

No matter your age, a slushie is always a great idea — especially when you add a splash of bourbon to make it absolutely perfect.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce cinnamon vanilla syrup*
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce apple cider
  • Garnish: apple slice
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick

Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender with cubed ice and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a Moscow Mule mug.
  • Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
  • *Cinnamon-vanilla syrup: In a saucepan, bring 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup water and 3/4 cup turbinado sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Let sit for 10 minutes. Strain into a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 1 month.

5. Chit-Cha Toddy

 

This drink not only tastes amazing, but it also serves as a stunning centerpiece for your gatherings, with its hollowed-out pumpkin acting as the perfect serving bowl.

 

Ingredients:

  • 9 ounces whiskey
  • 3 ounces Benedictine liqueur
  • 6 ounces lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 6 ounces ginger syrup*
  • 3 ounces blossom honey
  • 32 ounces osmanthus oolong tea, hot-brewed**
  • Garnish: 12 lemon half-wheels studded with cloves
  • Garnish: 12 mint leaves
  • Garnish: cinnamon sugar

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients into a large hollowed-out pumpkin or a punch bowl, and stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
  • Divide into 12 hollowed-out mini pumpkins or punch cups.
  • Garnish each with a lemon half-wheel studded with cloves, a mint leaf and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar.
  • *Ginger syrup: Juice 4 ounces fresh peeled ginger root. Add 1 cup extra-fine sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • **Oolong tea: Steep 8 tsp osmanthus oolong tea with 32 ounces water for 3 to 5 minutes.
