Rémy Martin XO - This fine champagne cognac was created in 1981 by Rémy’s cellar master André Giraud ,that blends eaux de-vie from the Grand (85%) and Petite (15%) Champagne growing crus in the Cognac region aged between 10 and thirty-seven years in French Limousin oak barrels. An opulent and radiant cognac that is a testament to the excellence of cognac fine champagne. packaged in a apple shaped decanter with a a red and gold Rémy emblem inset on the center of the bottle that reads “Rémy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac ”describes “XO Excellence”.
TASTING NOTES
A dark mahogany hue with gentle and exceptionally smooth with a powerful yet understated aroma and an explosion of fragrances delights the olfactory senses on the nose and he perfect expression of Fine Champagne opulence on the palate with mature flavors of juicy plums and candied oranges, with a hint of hazelnuts and cinnamon. Smooth, full-bodied and long lasting finish.
