Mancino Sakura is a limited-edition, 18% ABV Italian vermouth (500ml) created by bartender Giancarlo Mancino, featuring a blend of 20 botanicals, including Kyoto cherry blossoms and Italian Viola flowers. It is known for its pale pink color, floral notes of violet and peach, and a heavy wormwood bitter finish, originally crafted for the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo
