DESCRIPTION
Los Vecinos del Campo's Tobalá mezcal is meticulously crafted using 100% Tobalá agave, harvested from the wild mountainous terrain of Oaxaca. The Tobalá agave, known for its smaller size and intense flavors, is harvested by hand and roasted in earthen pit ovens to unlock its complex aromas and flavors. After fermentation with wild yeast, the mezcal is double distilled in copper alembic stills, resulting in a spirit that captures the essence of its natural surroundings.

TASTING NOTES
On the palate, flavors of ripe pineapple, roasted fig, and honeyed almonds unfold, layered with nuances of white pepper, smoky oak, and delicate floral notes. The texture is silky-smooth, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice.
