A premium French herbal liqueur from Burgundy, revived from a 150-year-old recipe. Distilled from 26 plants, roots, and spices, it features a 45% ABV (90 proof) and a pale green color. It offers a complex flavor profile with notes of licorice, mint, and elderflower, often served as a digestif or a cocktail component.

TASTING NOTES
