Derrumbes Tamaulipas 700ml

DESCRIPTION
Derrumbes Tampaulipas is made using a combination of three rare varieties of agave – Americana, Funkiana and Univittata – two of which are only found in the state of Tampaulipas. It is a sweet, rich and dry spirit, with a lightly smoky flavour mingling with the floral agave notes.

TASTING NOTES
More grape must, joined by kale, daikon, sweet peppers, kimchi, a bit of mango and other tropical fruit I can’t place. Medium body.
