The holidays have just passed, and we know the feeling, too! So many gatherings and parties, which means a lot of days with hangovers, too. But fret not — you don’t have to give up the enjoyment of sipping on drinks because we’ve prepared hangover-free cocktails for you! Now you can enjoy your favorite drinks without the pain the next day. These refreshing cocktails are designed to keep you feeling great while still offering the fun of a delicious drink.


  1. Coconut Water Mojito


Coconut water is full of electrolytes that hydrate you and replenish lost minerals. Also, this uses less rum than a traditional version to keep it light!


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Soda water

Instructions:

  • Muddle the mint leaves in a glass. 
  • Add lime juice and rum. 
  • Fill the glass with ice, pour in coconut water, and top with soda water.
  • Stir and garnish with more mint leaves.


  1. Cucumber & Mint Cooler


This cocktail is light and low on alcohol, making it a perfect choice for those looking for a refreshing, mild drink!


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 2 oz cucumber juice (or muddled cucumber)
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup or simple syrup
  • Soda water

Instructions:

  • Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker.
  • Add gin, lime juice, and agave syrup. 
  • Shake with ice, strain into a glass with ice, and top with soda water. 
  • Garnish with cucumber and mint leaves.


  1. Electrolyte Margarita


The margarita has a light alcohol base and isn’t overloaded with sugar, but it still tastes refreshing and amazing!


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, coconut water, orange liqueur, and salt. 
  • Shake with ice and strain into a glass with ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel or salted rim.


  1. Citrus & Mint Bourbon Smash


The citrus juices help replenish vitamins, while bourbon is lower in alcohol content in this recipe. The drink is light yet flavorful!


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

Instructions:

  • Muddle mint in a shaker, then add bourbon, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup. 
  • Shake with ice and strain into a glass with ice.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint.


  1. Pineapple Basil Smash


Pineapple is hydrating and rich in Vitamin C, while basil is a natural digestive aid. The natural sweeteners balance the flavors without adding excess sugar!


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz rum (light or spiced)
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  • Muddle basil in a shaker.
  • Add rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey. 
  • Shake with ice and strain into a glass with ice.
  • Garnish with basil leaves.
