Sparkling Cranberry Sangria

Ingredients

1 Cup Fresh Cranberries Optional

1 Orange Sliced

3 Cinnamon Sticks

1 750ml Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon

3 Shots Of Brandy

1 ½ Cups Orange Juice

3-4 Cups Cranberry Juice enough to fill your pitcher the rest of the way

1-2 Cups Club Soda

Instructions

Place fresh cranberries (if using), sliced orange, and cinnamon sticks in the bottom of a large pitcher.

Pour the wine, orange juice, and cranberry juice over the fruit and cinnamon.

Stir, and allow to chill for at least two hours for best flavor.

Pour sangria into glasses to ¾ full, top with club soda.

 

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

 

This drink may be frozen but it will truly melt your lover’s heart right at the first sip. Whip up this sweet treat for your sweetheart and enjoy a night filled with much more sweet nothings.

 

Ingredients

500g Strawberries, Hulled

200g Ice

100ml Rum

Juice 1/2 Lime

1-2 Tbsp Sugar Syrup, Optional

Garnish

2 Slices Of Limes

1 Strawberry, Halved

2 Cocktail Sticks

Instructions

Blend the strawberries then push the resulting puree through a sieve to remove some of the seeds. Tip the sieved puree into the blender again and add the ice, rum, 1-2 tbsp sugar syrup depending on how sweet you like your drinks and lime juice. Blend again and divide the mixture between 2 Martini glasses.

Thread the lime slices and strawberry halves onto the cocktail sticks and place onto the edge of the glass, serve immediately.

Ingredients

150ml Cranberry Juice

1 Tsp Grenadine

50ml Vodka

Handful Of Ice

1 Lime Wedge

4 Raspberries

Chilled Sparkling Wine, to top up

Instructions

Mix the cranberry juice, grenadine and vodka together in a jug with a handful of ice. Or, do this in a cocktail shaker. Squeeze over the lime wedge and stir with a mixing spoon, or shake briefly if using a cocktail shaker.

Strain the cocktail into two champagne glasses. Drop two raspberries into each glass, then top up with sparkling wine to serve.

 

Honey Strawberry Basil Margarita

Ingredients

1 Pint Of Fresh Strawberries, sliced

1 Cup of Ice

1/2 Juice of Lime

4 Oz of Silver Tequila

2 Oz of Triple Sec

10 Basil Leaves

1.5 Tbsp of Hot Honey, optional

Kosher Salt & Extra Honey for Rim

Instructions

Fill a blender with ice, strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and basil leaves. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Drizzle honey on a glass rim and gently twist in a salt dish.

Instructions

To make this pretty lime twist, use a vegetable peeler to make one long peel of a lime zest. Use scissors to trim off an even, narrow strip and then twist that strip of lime skin around a chopstick. Set aside (or in the freezer) while you prepare the cocktail.

Measure your ingredients into your cocktail shaker or pitcher with ice and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
