Tomintoul Five Decade - A singlemalt whisky produced at the Tomintoul distillery in the heart of Speyside, Scotland and made from a blend of whiskies that have been aged for at least 50 years in oak barrels. The barrels are carefully selected by the distillery's master blender, who works to create a harmonious blend of whiskies with a range of flavors and aromas.
TASTING NOTES
This stunning release singlemalt whisky has a deep golden color and a rich, complex flavor profile that is full of depth and character. On the nose, Tomintoul Five Decades has a distinct aroma of oak and a hint of dried fruit with rich and full-bodied, with flavors of honey, toffee, and spice and the finish is long and warming, with a touch of smoke and a hint of dried fruit.
