DESCRIPTION
Tomintoul 1977 - A single cask release from Tomintoul After a lengthy maturation in a sherry cask, the whisky was bottled in June 2015 without chill-filtration or colouring and a rich and complex sherried whisky, only 297 bottles came out of the cask, of which each is individually hand numbered.
TASTING NOTES
This single cask whisky has a nose of fruity malt loaf with cocoa, oak and nutmeg complexity with toasted barley, orange rind and peppered fruit taste and a warming with rounded oak spice finish.
