The oldest release from The Tweeddale range to date - The Evolution with natural colour and non-chilled filtered whisky.
TASTING NOTES
This Singlemalt whisky has a nose of Apricot and mince pie filling, with touches of oak-y cassia and lemon-drizzle cake on the nose and Buttered rye bread, nectarine and baked apple. Drying earthiness develops, followed by a whiff a cedar on the palate. It finishes with a lasting warmth of cinnamon and toasted brioche at the end.
