Koval Oat - This whisky is made using a heart-cut approach and has become a true Chicago favorite, and is held up as an exemplary model of all that is possible with unique single grain expressions. This single barrel whisky uses 100% organic oats sourced from the Midwest and aged for 3-4 years in 30-gallon new, charred barrels from Minnesota. The small batch whiskey is deliciously creamy, with smooth flavors coconut, caramel, and cashews.
TASTING NOTES
This medium amber hue grain whisky has a spirit rich in flavors of milk chocolate, coconut, caramel and cashew, with an exceptionally creamy palate and finish.
