DESCRIPTION

Koval Barreled Gin - This American whiskey barrel uses the same recipe as for the classic dry gin, with rosehip juniper, angelica and coriander, and ages it in ex-whiskey barrels. This comes presented in a wonderfully well-designed bottle - a treat for the eyes and the taste buds.

TASTING NOTES

This beautiful, small batch, organic gin is bottled and packaged on-site, in a brightly colored with florals and juniper with a just a hint of honey on the nose. The palate is crisp, a hybrid between whiskey and gin, with vanilla and caramel gently shining through the juniper notes. The finish is long and bursting with wood spice and nutmeg.
