Dalmore Dominium - This Highland singlemalt whisky is part of the Fortuna Meritas collection editions originally released for travel retail and finished in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak and then finished in first fill old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks that boasts an intense sweetshop type flavour.
TASTING NOTES
This spectacularly flavourful whisky has aromas of sweet fruits, sandalwood, lemon tart, honey, caramel coffee and a hint of liquorice spice on the nose with Sherry soaked raisins, black toffee and banana cake on the palate and treacle tart, pineapple, Oxford marmalade, ginger spice and dates on the finish.
