Cotswolds Sherry Cask 700ml

DESCRIPTION

Cotswolds Sherry Cask - A well sherried expression from the Cotswold Distillery that has strong range of Singlemalts and matured malt is particularly interesting and has an excellently rich flavour profile. It has been matured in American and Spanish oak casks that once held Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry. A rich, toasty expression from the English distillery.

TASTING NOTES

The nose opens with notes of brown sugar and cherry pie with a touch of roasted coffee beans greet the nose with taste of viscous and rich mouthfeel with dark stone fruit, chocolate and a hint of roasted almonds. The finish is full of peppery oak spice and dried fruit.
