DESCRIPTION

Brugal 1888 - This Dominican Republic rum is double distilled and double aged in American oak followed by Spanish sherry casks. Launched in 2011 and was the 1st new rum produced from the company after its acquisition by The Edrington Group.

TASTING NOTES

This rum has extremely smooth and sweet with light spices and smoke on the nose with deep caramel and vanilla tones with faint spice on the palate, The finish is long and mellow.
