The grapes are hand picked and vinified at a controlled temperature, the cool climate and hilly terrain makes the ideal place for sparkling wine production. TASTING NOTES

This Brilliant - peach coloured Sparkling wine has an aroma of distinctly flowery with scent of mixed berries, mainly currants and wild strawberries on the nose and a fresh, crisp with floral notes and flavors of strawberry and peach.
