Bottega Pinot Grigio Venezia - This recent denomination sparkling wine is established in 2011 to promote the wines of a land with millenary winemaking tradition. This vine is the result of a bud-mutation of Pinot Nero, from which it acquired elegance and refinement.

TASTING NOTES

A brilliant straw yellow with copper tinges sparkling wine with elegant and refined, delicate floral notes of elderflower, acacia, and fruity aromas of pear and peach on the nose. The dry, fresh, harmonic, acidity perfectly balanced with the good structure and smoothness of this vine taste and pleasant note of almond in the finish.
