Tarsier Dry Gin 700ml

DESCRIPTION

Tarsier Dry Gin - This gin draws on influences from the cuisine of the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand, and features calamansi, Thai sweet basil, galangal, and red and black Kampot Pepper. Launched in 2017 by co-founders Tim Driver and Sherwin Acebuche and named after one of the world's smallest primates, the Tarsier. The 10% of the profits from Tarsier Gin sales go to support conservation schemes in South East Asia that help protect the endangered tarsier.

TASTING NOTES

This South East Asian dry gin has enticingly aromatic on the nose with a wealth of spice and citrus. The palate is woody and earthy with well-balanced juniper, citrus and spice on the palate. It finishes long and peppery.
