DESCRIPTION
Macallan Harmony Collection 'Rich Cacao' - This Highland Single malt Scotch whisky is crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks and a collaboration between Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan and pastry chef Jordi Roca of three Michelin star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao comes encased in a fully recyclable and biodegradable presentation box, made using natural by-products in the chocolate-making process. The box was made with discarded husks from cacao pods. An exceptionally rich single malt whisky characterized by its deep, dark chocolate profile.

TASTING NOTES
A toasted cacao beans whisky with an aroma of Chocolate fondant, honey, oak, zesty lime and ginger on the nose and dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon in the mouth. The finish is long with rich chocolate.
