The rebellious younger sibling Johnnie Walker Double Black launched in 2011 is inspired by the iconic flavours of Johnnie Walker Black Label that comes in slightly taller smokes glass bottle. The difference of two is: Double Black does not have any form of age statement on the bottle while the Johnnie Black Label has a contains spirits which are at least 12 years old. Double Black is really nice and smooth, picks up a little spice and the slightest bit of bite that carries through a nice medium-long finish which preserves the sweet, smoke, and spice notes.
