Derrumbes Durango 700ml

DESCRIPTION

Derrumbes Durango - This mezcal from the wild agave variety Durangensis in Nombre de Dios, Durango is traditionally processed by maestro mezcalero Uriel Simental, who first roasts it in a stone earth oven before it is ground by a stone wheel, naturally fermented, and copper pot distilled in small batches. This mezcal was produced by maestro mezcalero Urial Simental, and it has a nice balance between sweet dark fruit flavors and minerality.

TASTING NOTES

Pleasantly mild aromas of herbs, fruity with soft berries and sweet citrus zest. Notes of smoked meats, sea salt, and baked stone fruit turn into a rich blend of sweet and salty with the slightest hint of chili spice at the end.
