Aperol - An Italian bitter liqueur made from a blend of herbs and roots including orange, rhubarb and cinchona, its name comes from Apero, an Italian slang word for aperitif (aperitivo). It is sold with a low alcohol content.

TASTING NOTES

A perfect aperitif with vibrant orange hue and a light, refreshing and citrusy with hints of sweet and bitter oranges, rhubarb, and gentian root, typically served with prosecco or sparkling water and a slice of orange.
