1. Greyhound cocktail
With just two ingredients, you can make yourself a refreshing cocktail that's straightforward and citrusy, making sure you start your year with a buzzed smile.
Ingredients
● Ice cubes
● 50ml gin
● 200ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
● To garnish: wedge of grapefruit or slice of lime
Instructions
● Fill a tall glass with ice, then add the gin.
● Pour over the grapefruit juice, then stir using a long spoon.
● Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit or slice of lime.
2. Gin fizz

Ingredients
● 50ml gin
● 25ml lemon juice
● 2 tsp sugar syrup

Instructions

● Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold then strain into a tall glass filled with more ice and top up with sparkling water.
● Garnish with a lemon slice.

Ingredients
● 2 tsp honey
● 50ml gin

Instructions
● Put the honey in a small jug or cup and add 1 tsp freshly boiled water. Stir well until
smooth and the honey is nicely thinned down.
● Pour the honey mixture into a cocktail shaker along with the gin, lemon juice and a large
handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
● Double strain into a cocktail glass or a coupe and garnish with a curled strip of lemon
zest – you can do this by wrapping it tightly around a spoon handle.
4. Long Island iced tea

Ingredients
● 50ml vodka
● 50ml gin
● 50ml reposado tequila
● 50ml rum
● 50ml triple sec
● 50-100ml fresh lime juice
● Ice
● 500ml cola
● 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
● Pour the vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec into a large (1.5l) jug, and add lime juice
to taste. Half fill the jug with ice, then stir until the outside feels cold.
● Add the cola then stir to combine. Drop in the lime wedges.
● Fill 4 tall glasses with more ice cubes and pour in the iced tea.
5. White rabbit cocktail

● 80ml gin
● 50ml amaretto
● 50ml double cream
● 1 tsp lemon curd
● 1⁄4 tsp vanilla paste

● Put the gin, amaretto, double cream, lemon curd and vanilla paste into a cocktail shaker
with a handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
● Strain into two small cocktail or coupe glasses and garnish with edible flowers before
serving.
