- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Silver Tequila
- 1/2 cup Orange Liqueur)
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne
Garnish
- Fresh Mint
Chipotle Chili Salt
- 1/4 cup Kosher Or Margarita Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pineapple, lime juice, and lemon juice and pulse to combine. Strain into a pitcher. Add the tequila and Grand Marnier. Chill until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, add the champagne. Rim glasses with chili salt and divide the margaritas among glasses. Top with fresh or grilled pineapple slices and mint. Enjoy!
Chipotle Chili Salt
- On a shallow plate, combine the salt and chili powder. Run a lime wedge around each glass and then rim the glasses in salt.

- 2 Oz. Cognac
- 1 Oz. Cointreau

- Place cider, cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker; top with ice.
- Shake until the shaker starts to frost and feels very cold to the touch, 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe and top with zest and brandied cherries.

- In a food processor or blender, purée diced mangoes. Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain purée, discarding any solids. (You should have approximately 1 1/2 cups.) In a large pitcher, mix together mango and Champagne.
- Thread 3 to 4 mango cubes each onto 8 skewers. Pour mango mimosa into 8 glasses and serve each with a mango skewer.

- 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
- Few dashes of orange bitters
- Ice

- Put half the rum, the sugar syrup and bitters in a mixing glass or jug. Add three ice cubes and stir slowly with a mixing spoon until the outside of the glass feels cold. Add the rest of the rum and a few more ice cubes, then stir to just combine.
- Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass or tumbler and garnish with the strip of orange peel.

- ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

- Place the strawberries and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of the puree into the bottom of a champagne flute and top with champagne. With a long spoon, very gently stir. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice and sip away!

Three Berry Drink Syrup
- 1 cups Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Water
Garnish
- Mint
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the berries, vanilla, sugar, and water. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add mixture to blender or food processor and blend smooth. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Berry Mixture can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.
- If you have an aversion to seeds, you can push the mixture through a mesh strainer before cooling. I did not personally notice any.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of berry mixture to a champagne glass. Fill with sparkling wine or champagne.
- Garnish with your favorite berries and a small piece of fresh mint if you would love a splash of color that goes well with the berries!
